Through hands on adjustments during your practice, I can assure your body is always in a safe biomechanical position, making sure you get the most out of your practice. Finishing with grounding touch & light massage at the end of each practice to secure a mind-body connection.

What Yoga Means To Me
Yoga is more than just poses & movements. Yoga is breathing. It’s calming my mind & becoming in tune with my body & all its' sensations. Yoga is relaxing the nervous system. It’s being comfortable in my body & feeling strong & capable. Yoga is acceptance of myself & the things I cannot control. Yoga is being a better version of myself & holding space for those around me.
Yoga is a beautiful in the way it shapes how I now move through life. It helps me slow things down & stop to appreciate the glimmers of everyday living.
